SALE OF LIVE ANIMALS (EXCLUSION OF WARRANTY):

I only offer animals that are vital, well-fed, and appear free of damage or signs of disease.

However, no responsibility or liability can be accepted for any illnesses or even loss of the animal that may occur later after the handover.

EU law requires a one-year warranty and/or a right of exchange, unless this is expressly excluded.

I HEREBY EXCLUDE A WARRANTY FOR SEVERAL REASONS

(I cannot be held liable for any errors in keeping or socialization, etc.)

The return of live animals is excluded for the reasons listed above.
